About the Role

Mirror Mirror Glass Co. is seeking experienced glass installers to join our team. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, from custom frameless shower enclosures to storefronts and specialty installations.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and enjoys working directly with customers to bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install glass for showers, mirrors, windows, and storefronts
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in glass installation (shower, residential, or commercial)
• Valid Georgia driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work safely on ladders
• Experience with frameless shower enclosures preferred
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to our shop location
